Hi I have a Cuisinart Custom Prep 11 #EV-11PC5 food processor that we never used because it looked too difficult to use. I am currently looking at the new Cuisinart DLC-2009CHBMY. Are the new ones much easier to use? The EV-11PC5 must be at least 15 years old. Thanks so much!
